Director of People and Culture

Kelley Faulkner is the Director of People and Culture at Handel Architects, which she joined in 2022. She is responsible for engaging the leadership team to develop a People and Culture strategy and overseeing the implementation of initiatives in alignment with the company values and in support of staff firmwide.

Ms. Faulkner brings over 20 years of cross-sector experience and a passion for developing human potential. Most recently she served as the Director of Communications and Human Resources for Troon Pacific, a real estate development, interior design and investment management firm and certified B-Corps based in San Francisco. Prior to that, she worked in New York City as the State Director for a non-profit organization, Best Buddies New York, and in Seattle for both state and county government agencies developing and managing programs to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
