Associate Principal

Kevin Samuels is an Associate Principal with a broad range of design experience. Since joining Handel Architects In 1998, he has worked on dozens of projects worldwide, providing specific expertise in efficient floorplan and unit design. Mr. Samuels advises teams on trends in residential layouts and innovative approaches to multi-family residential living.

Projects include the Ritz-Carlton Residences in both Boston and in New York City; the new Millennium Tower in Boston, including the record-setting Grand Penthouse; 400 Park Avenue South in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood; The Caledonia in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood; Vio & Incanto on the newly redone Southwest waterfront in Washington DC; One Charles in Boston; Millennium Place in Boston; and the now under-construction Winthrop Square in Boston’s Financial District. Overseas work includes the Shangri-La at the Fort Hotel & Residences in Manila and the Rosewood Hotel & Residences in Abu Dhabi.
