Senior Associate

Stefan Schwartz is a Senior Associate at Handel Architects which he joined in 2015. His experience includes a variety of multi-family residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects with a focus on the San Francisco and Austin markets. He is currently serving as Project Architect for Tishman Speyer and Ryan Companies' 58-story mixed-use tower in Austin, called 321 West. The project includes 369 luxury rental apartments above 140,000 sq.ft. of commercial space.

Previously Mr. Schwartz worked on the construction administration for Handel Architects' Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission, a new 43-story luxury residential project in downtown San Francisco. Prior to that he served as Project Designer on 288 Pacific Avenue, a 33-unit condominium project in San Francisco for Grosvenor Americas; Mr. Schwartz participated in all phases of the project from entitlement through construction administration. He also served in a similar capacity for 360 5th Street, a multi-family building in San Francisco. Also in Austin, Mr. Schwartz was part of the schematic design team for Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a new luxury residential project located on a hillside above Lake Austin.

Mr. Schwartz is a professional member of NCARB and is a Licensed Architect in the state of California. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
